  • Help, I've forgotten my password

    No problems, simply click on the green log in button in the top right of the screen and then click on the link ‘forgot password’ this will simply take you to a page which asks for your registered email address. After you have put in your email address a new password will be sent direct to that email address.

  • How do I get started?

    We have developed this program to make earning points with My Aussie Rewards so simple, just follow the easy steps below and remember every time you redeem your points your supporting Aussie made and owned product.

    1. Visit www.myaussierewards.com.au (which if you’re reading this you have already done, well done!).
    2. Register your business with us by simply clicking on the sign up button at the top of the page
    3. Purchase any participating products from your food distributor (full product list available in your account) and keep a look out for the gold My Aussie Rewards label
    4. Simply peel off the label from the product and enter the 8 digit code online.
  • What if my business is already registered?

    No worries, you can have more than one person registered against the same company, although if 2 separate accounts are created then each account will have its own points. You do have the ability to create team members within the one account allowing several people to have their own team account and redeem codes that all accumulate under the one master account. This is a great way for businesses with many employees to utilise the program.

  • Can I register my staff so they can redeem codes also?

    Absolutely, you can create an army of team members that all fall under the one master account. This is great if you have one business with many employees and you wish to utilise all of them to redeem codes under the one account. As the account holder you can also restrict your employees to simply redeeming codes, which would lock them out from redeeming rewards or viewing account information.

  • What if my business is already registered?

  • Who can enrol with My Aussie Rewards?

    The My Aussie Rewards program has been designed to reward the awesome and hardworking foodservice and hospitality operators of Australia simply for choosing to buy Aussie made products from Aussie owned companies. So if you’re a cafe, restaurant, hotel, school, bar, club, hospital, nursing home etc., basically anywhere that serves food or beverages to people then this program is for you.

  • Why should I enrol?

    All products involved in the My Aussie Rewards program are made in Australia by Australian owned and operated businesses. So, with every purchase you make you know you’re supporting genuine Aussie brands - and that’s what we believe makes this program special. No gimmicks, its 100% FREE to join and simple to use it’s the perfect way to support your beloved Aussie brands and be rewarded for your loyalty.

  • How do I update my account information?

    This is easy, just click on the ‘Your Account’ link in the top navigation, then when you are on the ‘Your Account’ page simply click on the ‘Your Profile’ link in the side navigation. You can then update any information and even change your password.

  • Do my points expire?

    From the time that you redeem a code you have 2 years to use the points in which you received from that code. We have added some automatic alerts which will pop up next to the ‘Your Account’ link in the top right of the screen, which will alert your when you have 4 months left to use your points.

  • What if the My Aussie Rewards account holder leaves my business?

    If your primary account holder leaves your business and you want to nominate a new administrator simply contact My Aussie Rewards at info@myaussierewards.com.au and advise the business and name of the person who has left as well as the details of the new account administrator and the details will be updated accordingly.

  • I have entered a code which comes up as invalid.

    Firstly double check that you have not entered the code incorrectly, if you’re sure you have entered the code correctly and it continues to come up as invalid, please check that no one within your business has already redeemed this code. If no one has redeemed the code then simply contact My Aussie Rewards directly. You can send us an email at info@myaussierewards.com.au or contact us here.

  • How do I scan?

    Start by looking out for the Gold label that is on all participating products and simply peel off the bottom half of the label. Then visit myaussierewards.com.au and log in using your email and password details.

    Once logged in, simply click on the ‘enter codes’ link in the top menu and insert the code that appears on the bottom of your label into the field provided. You will then see a summary of the codes you have just inserted, as well as your updated total points.

    To make adding codes even easier you can access our barcode scanner using our mobile site. Click on the ‘use barcode scanner’ link, then simply select the photo icon and hover your phone over the barcode at the bottom of the label, the points will be added directly into your account. Easy.

  • What can I redeem?

    You can use your hard earned points to redeem a bevy of prizes including cash, products or even donate your points to one of our selected charities. Login to you account and go to the Rewards page to find out more.

  • How can I donate?

    You can use your hard earned points to donate to one of our selected charities; The Salvation Army, Challege, Cancer Council, The Smith Family, Surf Life Saving or Starlight Children's foundation. Login to you account, go to the Rewards page and choose Charities from the options to donate.
